Please note: Appointments in our Rehab Gym, at the Stables, on Meath Green Lane. take place in a shared rehabilitation environment. Assessments and any manual therapy will be carried out behind a privacy divider. While we aim to maintain a calm and private setting, there may be other individuals present, either warming up before their appointment or completing their rehabilitation session. Thank you for your understanding.

If you would prefer a quieter or more private setting for your assessment or treatment, please book an appointment at our clinic room based at Surrey Injury Clinic on Reigate Road.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, often known as MSK physiotherapy, is the evaluation and treatment of individuals who have been affected by injuries or medical conditions that affect their bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves. MSK physiotherapy is delivered through a range of techniques, including physical exercises, manual therapies and load management.

The most recognised branch of physiotherapy, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, deals with a wide range of injuries and ailments such as arthritic joints, back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, sports injury, muscle strains, ligament ruptures and tendinopathy.

Additionally, MSK physiotherapists are responsible for rehabilitating patients after they have undergone orthopaedic surgery, such as hip and knee replacements.

For many people getting to a clinic for a physiotherapy appointment just isn’t practical. Our specialist Community Physiotherapy Team offer a service whereby physiotherapy assessment and treatment can be undertaken within your own home or place of care. We will visit you and can provide a specialist assessment of your needs within your own comfortable surroundings.

Rhiannon (Rhen) grew up in rural NSW, Australia and has always had a love for sport and health. After volunteering in Fiji with children with disabilities, she pursued Physiotherapy, graduating with Distinction from Charles Sturt University in 2018. Rhen has over a decades experience working in both private practice and hospital settings, with special interests in golf fitness, breathing assessments & retraining, Women’s Health, and Clinical Pilates. She’s completed multiple APA Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor courses and is passionate about empowering women throughout their lifespan. Since moving to the UK in 2024, Rhen now works for the NHS as a First Contact Practitioner across several clinics.

Outside work, Rhen enjoys the outdoors, travelling, spending time with family, friends and playing golf.
